The Football Academy
The Scavi-Rocheteau football Academy is the first of the kind in Vietnam. The class 2006 will be the first group of football players coming out from the training centre and represents the next generation of young and talented Vietnamese football players.
Some players from the class 2006 are already part of the Vietnamese U-19 team and will be the first players coming out from a training centre in Vietnam.
At the age of 13 years old, the football apprentices were selected based on technical and physical criteria and follow a training similar to the one in the French football academies. Based on moral principles, the players coming out from the Scavi-Rocheteau football academy can without any doubt compete with their European counterparts.

The founders
The Scavi-Rocheteau training centre is an association between Tran Van Phu represented by the company Scavi, Scavi Rocheteau and the Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation.
These three partners have for only common goal to developed football in Vietnam thanks to an adapted and early training.
The coaches
For more than 3 years, French coaches all holders of Football Association coaching certificates, supervise, train and guide the young football players on the path toward professional football.
Dominique Rocheteau, as representative, as well as others ex-professional Vietnamese and French football players are role models for this apprentices who dream to raise the Vietnamese football to an honorable rank.
